RENO COUNTY — Recent rainy weather has caused the Kansas Department of Transportation to adjust the project schedule for closing and reopening the entrance ramp at Wilson Road/K-14 in Reno County.

The entrance ramp from Wilson Road to southbound K-14 is now expected to close Monday, May 6, and reopen around 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 7.

The exit ramp from southbound K-14 to 4th Avenue is expected to close Tuesday, May 7, and reopen around 10 a.m. Friday, May 10.

The ramp work is part of a nearly $3.6 million patching project on K-14. The Kansas Department of Transportation project is from the west K-14/U.S. 50 junction north to Yaggy Road. The length is almost 7 miles. The work is expected to be completed around mid-August.
