FINNEY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on child sex crime allegations involving three juvenile victims known to him.
On March 22, police in Garden City received a report of child sexual assault and began an investigation, according to a media release from police. Through the investigation, it was learned that 37-year-old .Jose Angulo allegedly sexually assaulted two juvenile victims and attempted to sexually assault another juvenile victim over the course of several years.
On April 17 police arrested Angulo at his residence. He is being held in the Finney County Jail on multiple requested counts of Rape, Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child, Aggravated Criminal Sodomy, and Attempted Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child.
