Hooper revealed there have been at least 10 such incidents over the past five years.
None have ever been disclosed by the police department.

The parks have curfews. Most of the incidents are happening in the late night after the parks are closed. Hooper gives some strong advice for those who may be approached in the parks at night:
Since he is new to the force, Hooper could not say why the police department chose not to make the public aware of the incidents.
He is asking any other victims to come forward. The incidents have occurred in both Rice and Carey parks.
