Four People Transferred to Area Hospitals After Two Vehicle Accident West Of Hutchinson

One person was taken to a Wichita Hospital while three others were transported to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center after a two vehicle accident west of Hutchinson Friday evening.

The accident was reported around 9:10 p-m, at Nickerson Blvd., and Wilshire Dr. 16-year-old Faith Pendarvis of Hutchinson told Reno County Sheriff Deputies that she was driving northbound on Wilshire and didn’t see the stop sign. She was unable to stop and entered the intersection hitting an eastbound Windstar minivan driven by 17-year-old Keri Asche of Burrton.

Pendarvis had two passengers with her, 39-year-old Kimberly Marks, of Hutchinson, was transported by helicopter to Wesley Hospital in Wichita with serious injuries. The second passenger, 15-year-old Tiffanie Graebner of Hutchinson, along with Pendarvis and Asche were all taken to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. All three were transported with possible head, neck and back injuries.
