Chili and Soup Festival Results

The judges had a very difficult time choosing winners for this years Soup and Chili Festival.

TIE FOR 3RD PLACE – JUDGES SIMPLY COULD NOT PUT ONE ABOVE THE OTHER AFTER A LONG DEBATE
