A 24-year-old Pratt woman was taken to Pratt Regional Medical Center after a two vehicle accident on US 281 Friday afternoon in Stafford County.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Highness Manjia Humphrey was southbound when her Dodge Caravan left the roadway into the west ditch. She then over corrected and entered the northbound lane and struck a vehicle driven by 40-year-old Michael Lane Offerle of Offerle, Kansas. His Ford F-150 rolled into the east ditch. The vehicle driven by Humphrey also entered the east ditch where her van then struck a barbed wire fence.
Offerle was not injured in the crash which occurred at around 3:30 p.m., on U-S 281 at Southeast 40th Street in Stafford County.
