Fox Theatre In Hutchinson Announces Winter Film Series Linup

Following its highly successful 2012 Summer Film Series, the Fox Theatre has announced another hit-filled movie line-up for its upcoming Winter Film Series.

The ten-film series, which runs from November through March 2013, features the action movies “The Amazing Spiderman” (January 4-6), “Men in Black 3” (February 1-3), and “The Dark Knight Rises” (March 8-10).

A family-friendly films include “Brave” (February 22-24). Other movies are “Hope Springs” (January 11-13), “Bernie” (January 25-27), and “Moonrise Kingdom” (February 8-10).

The Fox traditionally shows a special holiday film on Christmas Night. This year’s presentation is “The Grinch,” starring Jim Carrey, with one showing at 7:30 p.m. December 25th.

Show times are 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2:00 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $5, buy one get one free. Series passes are on sale now for $40 and are also buy one, get one free. Series passes can be ordered by calling the Fox Theatre Box Office at (620) 663-1981 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. Tickets to “The Grinch” are not included in the series package.
