SALINA – One Salina teen was killed and another injured in an early morning accident in Saline County, shortly after 3am Monday.
According to the Saline County Sheriff’s Office, 17-year-old John D. Robb was traveling south on Holmes Rd., south of Magnolia Rd, when he drove into the ditch, causing the vehicle to rollover.
Robb was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger, 17-year-old Mallory Brown was transported to Salina Regional Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Saline County Sheriff Glenn Kochanowski, said that alcohol may have been a contributing factor in the accident.
